  1. Our suggested donation for your Scarecrow entry is just £2.00, but feel free to donate as much as little as you would like. Payment can be made by bank transfer to: Account Name: Pudsey Scarecrow Festival, Account Number: 31516995, Sort Code: 05-06-76
  2. All profits raised from the festival will be donated to local good causes.
  3. This year’s theme is Superheroes, let your imagination run wild!
  4. The entry deadline is midnight, Sunday 27th August 2023.
  5. Your Scarecrow must be an original piece of work and made from scratch
  6. Your Scarecrow must be in good taste and suitable for a family event
  7. Your Scarecrow must be placed on private property if you haven’t requested to display it in Pudsey Park, and maintained in good order throughout the event from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 3rd September. This allows our judging panel to visit and mark your entry, and of course allows the visiting public to enjoy your display.
  8. We advise you display your scarecrow the morning of the event to avoid risk of damage from vandalism or otherwise.
  9. General road safety must be considered when determining the placement of Scarecrows
  10. As an eco friendly team, we request that you use eco friendly materials when producing your scarecrow.
  11. By completing this application, you agree to Pudsey Scarecrow Festival sharing your scarecrow location via a map. This may be online, or on print media. You also agree to Pudsey Scarecrow Festival sharing the relevant names alongside your scarecrow for future advertising and / or on the day advertising.
  12. By completing and submitting this form you agree to provide your personal information to the organisers of the Pudsey Scarecrow Festival. Your data will be held in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations. Your information is required to allow us to process your application, and provide additional information ahead of the day. We do not pass any data provided to third parties.
